| | | I vectored Neptune from the screen shot, and grabbed her colors from the manga. The water was all painted by hand, and I did my usual fancy effects that I do for these sort of walls. I think this blows my Sailor Venus wallpaper out of the water. Get it? WATER! God I'm just hysterical.
